Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure student satisfaction with our courses and services. However, as our services are primarily educational and digital, certain limitations apply:

1. Course fees are generally non-refundable once classes or digital services have started.

2. If a student cancels before the course begins, a partial refund may be considered (administration charges may apply).

3. In case of double payment or technical errors, we will issue a full refund.

4. Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of payment.

5. Arman’s English Club reserves the right to modify the Return Policy when necessary.
